Life has the ability to bring us to a place of distress, frustration, uncertainty, or confusion. Sometimes these feelings happen in an instant, and sometimes they grow and grow until we can't ignore their presence. We can try everything we know to move past these feelings, and yet still feel stuck. These are the times we need outside help.
As a therapist I consider it a privilege to walk through these seasons of life with my clients, moving together to a place of healing and hope.
