Groups


I believe that building community and learning from those around us is vital to all aspects of health (mental health, physical health, emotional health, and spiritual health). Because of these benefits, I offer several different groups in my practice. All of my groups take place in my office, in a relaxed and safe atmosphere.

Group Guidelines: I will have an initial phone interview with each participant to make sure it is an appropriate fit. The first meeting of a group is mandatory. This is necessary for group bonding and continuity.

Women's Life / Women’s Support Groups~
Focused on: Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, etc., life direction, grief and loss. More Info on Women's Life Group

Women’s DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Skills Groups~
Focused on: Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Mindfulness. (Call for more information)

Faith Based Couples Groups~
Focused on: Relationship skills, conflict resolution, communication, empathy, spiritual connections.
